Friends of Penn State Men's Hockey, Inc. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Because payment types differ, refund terms vary by category:

Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are voluntary charitable contributions. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days at treasurer@fopsmh.com, and we will review the request at our discretion.

Memberships

• Memberships are no refundable.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current membership period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law / at our discretion.
• Recurring membership charges will stop once cancellation is processed.

Event Tickets

• Event tickets sales are final.  At our discretion we will consider extenuating circumstances if notified 30 days before the event date.
• Event tickets may be transferable to another member upon request at our discretion.
• If Friends of Penn State Men's Hockey, Inc. cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

Merchandise

• Merchandise sales are final.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us at treasurer@fopsmh.com with your order/transaction number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 7 business days.

Processing Fees
Note that third-party payment processing fees are typically non-refundable, even when a refund is issued.
