FOPSMH has proven to be an extremely important group to the success of the Penn State Men’s Hockey program. The group started a scholarship endowment, purchased a golf cart, and has contributed general funding for miscellaneous items that have directly enhanced the experience of the hockey student athletes. To date, the club has contributed over $115,000 towards the scholarship endowment.

Penn State hockey players get a world class education, compete in the B1G Hockey Conference with and against many of the best collegiate players in the world, and do so in a beautiful facility that prides itself on providing amenities that will help them develop into the best hockey players they can be. To maintain that level of commitment, contributions to the Friends of Penn State Men’s hockey group go directly to assist with items that support each and every one of our student-athletes. In addition to the scholarship endowment, examples would be meals, apparel, transportation, training equipment, speakers, and team-building events. Please join us as we build our membership and continue to support our program to become one of the best in college hockey!
